About us

This website is run by Samvika Jeevan Yatra Foundation, a not-for-profit company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U88900RJ2026NPL118579), with its registered office in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Donations

• Donations are voluntary and are used only for the objects of the Foundation as set out in its Memorandum of Association.
• Where a donation is made to a specific campaign, we use it for that campaign. If a campaign is over-funded or cannot go ahead, we use the money for the closest similar work.
• Tax benefit under Section 80G applies only once the Foundation holds a valid 80G registration and only to the extent allowed by law. Cash donations above ₹2,000 are not eligible.

Membership and training

Membership of the Foundation's activities is free, subject to approval, and gives no financial rights. Training admissions are subject to available seats and eligibility. We may decline or cancel any registration that contains false information.

Content

Text, photos and stories on this site belong to the Foundation or the people featured, and may not be reused for commercial purposes without permission. Stories are shared with the consent of the people in them.

Liability

We work to keep information on this site accurate, but we do not guarantee it is complete or current. Links to other websites are provided for convenience.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
