Samvika Jeevan Yatra Foundation ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• When you donate: your name, email, mobile number, city, and, if you ask for an 80G receipt, your PAN and address. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
• When you register as a member, apply for training or volunteer: the details you enter in the form, and any photo or document you upload.
• When you contact us or subscribe: your name, email and message.
• Automatically: basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept for security for up to 90 days. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use one cookie to keep you logged in.

How we use it

To process donations and issue receipts and 80G certificates, to file returns required by the Income Tax Department (including Form 10BD), to run our programmes, to reply to you, and to send updates you asked for.

Aadhaar

We never ask for or store your full Aadhaar number. Training applications record only the last 4 digits.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, payment gateway, email), and with government authorities when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by writing to us through the contact page. Some donation records must be kept for the period required by tax law.

Security

Passwords are stored in hashed form. Uploaded documents are private and visible only to our authorised staff.
